Fragmentation got us here.
Wholeness will get us out.

Hi. I'm Sara.

Fragmentation got us here.  Wholeness will get us out.

I came to that belief the hard way. I was a CEO, board chair, a mom, a marathon runner. I was someone whose life was a race between all the things that defined who I was. I didn’t feel broken. I felt full. Until I realized full and whole are not the same thing.

What I found on the other side of that is Psi – the integration of Presence, Strategy and Intuition. Three intelligence centers that live in each of us. Most of us have learned to run on one.

When we pull all the fragments of ourselves together, something remarkable happens. Not just for us, but for the rooms we walk into, the decisions we make, the people we lead and the world we build from that place.

The world is getting more complex and if we continue to show up in the same fragmented way we always have, it simply isn’t going to work. We need the whole of ourselves now. All of it.

This is PSI. And this is where we begin.

🎙️ Speaking

Sara speaks to leaders navigating complexity, uncertainty and a world accelerating beyond our grasp.

Her signature keynote, Psi: Leading from Wholeness in an Age of Fragmentation, meets leaders where they are and offers them a way back to themselves and to each other.

"Two weeks ago, I witnessed the perfect speech to send our students off into the world. It is truly a rare thing when you stand in the back and watch the movements of 3,500 people, watching every head nod in unison, some with tears, all intent on the meaning of the words addressed. Fifteen minutes that humbled us all. Thank you, Sara, for showing us how to inspire the next generation of leaders."
